These terms cover the text messages sent by DIRWAAS INTELLIGENT SOLUTIONS LLC ("we", "us") through Relay52, the internal service we use to send one-time verification codes to people signing in to our own applications.
Programme name: Relay52 Verification Codes
Message type: One-time passcodes for account sign-in and registration.
Transactional only.
Frequency: One message per request. You receive a message only when you
have just asked for a code.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge recipients.
You consent by entering your own mobile number on the sign-in or registration screen of one of our applications and choosing to request a verification code. That action is the consent, and it is required every single time. Consent is not carried over, stored as a subscription, or inferred from any previous request.
We never add a number to a list, and we never message a number that has not just asked us to.
No marketing, no promotions, no newsletters, no surveys, no service announcements, no third-party content. The only message you will ever receive from this programme is a verification code you have just requested.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Because every message is sent in direct response to a request, simply not requesting a code also stops all messages.
Stopping messages means we can no longer send you a verification code, so you may not be able to sign in to an application that uses your phone number to confirm your identity.

Messages are carried by mobile networks and we cannot guarantee that any individual message will arrive, or arrive at a particular time. Delivery depends on your carrier, your device and your coverage. Codes expire a short time after they are sent; if one does not arrive, request another.
A verification code proves that you control your phone number. Do not share one with anybody, including anyone claiming to be from us. We will never ask you for a verification code by phone, email or message.
What we do with your number, how long we keep it, and who else sees it are set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: we store the minimum needed to deliver a code and stop abuse, records are deleted automatically, codes are never stored in a readable form, and we never sell or share numbers for marketing.
If these terms change we will update the date at the top of this page.
