Relay52 is the internal service DIRWAAS INTELLIGENT SOLUTIONS LLC ("we", "us") uses to send one-time verification codes by SMS to people signing in to our own applications. This policy explains what we do with a phone number when a verification code is sent to it.
Relay52 is not sold or offered to other companies. It handles no data other than what is described here.
Only what is needed to deliver a code and to stop the service being abused.

We do not collect names, email addresses, locations, device identifiers, contacts, or any advertising or tracking identifier. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
A code is never stored in a form anyone can read. It is stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash computed with a secret key held on the server. Nobody — including us, and including anyone who obtained a copy of the database — can recover the code that was sent. Verification works by hashing what the user typed and comparing, never by looking the code up.
Deletion is automatic and scheduled. It does not depend on anyone remembering to do it.
A mobile number is shared with exactly one other party: the telecommunications provider required to deliver a message to that number in that country. They process it to carry the message and are bound by their own carrier obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade phone numbers. We do not share them for advertising, marketing, profiling, or analytics. We do not use them to build any profile. No number is ever added to a marketing list — see our SMS Terms.
Because we only ever message a number in direct response to a request from the person holding it, not requesting a code stops all messages. You can also reply STOP to any message.
To ask what we hold about a number, or to have it deleted ahead of the schedule above, email support@dirwaas.com. Note that verification records are short-lived by design and may already have been deleted.
Relay52 is infrastructure inside our applications and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly process a child's phone number outside of their use of one of those applications.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Relay52 is internal infrastructure, so changes are expected to be rare.
