Relay52 is the internal service DIRWAAS Intelligent Solutions LLC
uses to send one-time verification codes to people signing in to our own
applications, so we can confirm a phone number belongs to the person entering it.
What we do
DIRWAAS Intelligent Solutions LLC is a software development company in Amman, Jordan
(dirwaas.com). We build and operate
our own applications.
When someone signs in to or registers with one of those applications, they enter their
own mobile number and ask for a verification code. Relay52 generates the code, sends it
as a single text message, and checks the code the person types back. Nothing else is
ever sent to that number.
Relay52 is internal infrastructure for our own applications only. It is not a product
sold or offered to other companies, not a bulk or marketing messaging platform, and not
available for general-purpose sending.

One-time passcodes for account sign-in and registration. Transactional only — no marketing, promotions, or newsletters are ever sent.
How people opt in
The person enters their own mobile number on the sign-in or registration screen
of one of our applications and taps the button to request a verification code. That
action is the consent, and it is required every time. We never add a number to
any list, and we never message a number that has not just asked us to.
Message frequency
One message per request. A person receives a message only when they have just asked for a code, and requests are rate limited.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Because every message is sent in direct response to a request, simply not requesting a code also stops all messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Relay52 does not charge recipients.
What a message looks like
Your verification code is 123456. Valid for 5 minutes.
Privacy
We store the phone number a code was sent to, the time it was sent, and whether the
code was used — the minimum needed to deliver the code, stop abuse, and answer
"did this message arrive?". Records are deleted automatically on a fixed schedule.
Verification codes are never stored in a readable form. They are stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash, so nobody — including us — can look up the code that was sent.
Phone numbers are never sold, rented, shared for advertising, or used for marketing.
Numbers are shared only with the telecommunications carrier required to deliver the message.
